He's loud and eternally happy, and now Steve Vesey is tackling the WETM 18 Sports Director chair.
After migrating to the Twin Tiers from Vienna, Ohio by way of Ohio University, Steve spent 2+ years as the WETM 18 Sports weekend sports anchor and reporter. He took over the reins of Sports Director in March 2007.
If he isn't out at a local game or doing a funny feature story on your favorite team, odds are you can find Steve playing basketball somewhere. He's also been known to hop on the ol' mountain bike and occasionally play some very, very bad golf.
Steve motors through life alongside his high school sweetheart, Tiffiny, who officially became "Mrs. Vesey" in July 2004. They're protected by a fearsome guard-cat named Frankie.
