That was fun, wasn't it? Yeah, we had to wait an extra day, but the Heluva Good Sour Cream Dips at The Glen was... well... one Heluva Good race.
A couple really intense wrecks... that great re-start on the green-white-checker finish, and a deserving winner. Can't get much better than that.
Marcos Ambrose has now finished 3rd, 2nd, 3rd, & 1st in the last four years in this race - and that's in addition to his three straight Nationwide Series wins at the track. He's starting to get up there into Tony Stewart-like dominance here.
I'm telling you, every year I go to cover the races at WGI, I walk away happy. But THIS year topped them all.
