New York State’s Office of Mental Health. EPC provides a wide array of Adult and Children’s Psychiatric services, both inpatient and community centered. EPC inpatient programs consist of a 60 bed Adult unit, a 20 bed Geriatric unit, and a 18 bed Children/Adolescent unit.
The largest part of our services are Community Based and are rendered to 200 children and 800 adults in programs including 3 Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams, 4 Outpatient Clinics, 3 Day Treatment Programs, Intensive Case Management, Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation Treatment, 2 Community Residences, 54 Family Care Homes and 3 Social Clubs.
Most of the Community based services are utilized through the local counties SPOE/A process.
