How can I possibly exercise.......I'm too busy!!! Lame.....their is no excuse.
Let's examine how we can fit fitness in. Park the car farther away and walk. Parking as close as you can to the door of an establishment wins you no points and actually it shows you're lazy....not cool. Take the stairs whenever possible. No escalator, no elevator, move it bums. Try a light lunch and a long walk. If it rains take an umbrella (you don't want to melt), if it hails step up the workout and run for shelter! Try push-ups at your desk or against a wall, sounds crazy or maybe it sounds too easy....try it you'll be surprised.
Tricep dips can be performed from a chair. Sit in a chair, put your hands on the seat, slide forward so your glutes are off the seat, slowly lower yourself down and then back to start. Have resistance band available too perform bicep and shoulder exercises in the office or at home for a quick workout.
No excuses...so if your happy with the shape your in, grab a donut sit where you have a good reflection of yourself eating and think about how much time you have too get out of shape!
