The Office's showrunner Greg Daniels revealed former series regulars Mindy Kaling and B.J. Novak should be coming back for the show's one-hour finale.
Zach Woods, who played Gabe, will pop up again in a future episode.

All three departed the series at the end of Season 8, with Kaling and Novak making appearances in the Season 9 premiere. Both Kaling and Novak, who also wrote for the show, are now working on Kaling's Fox comedy, The Mindy Project, in which Novak will play a love interest of Kaling's character in an upcoming arc.
