CANISTEO, N.Y. - Despite getting passed over in last weekend's NFL Draft, Nick Clark will still get a chance to prove himself at the NFL level, earning an invitation to the Buffalo Bills' rookie mini-camp next week.

Clark, a two-time All-American at Alfred University, also had an offer from the Rams.

He will be trying to make the jump from the Division-III level to the NFL on a team that was hungry for linebackers this offseason.  The Bills drafted Nigel Bradham and Tank Carder over the weekend.

Buffalo's current depth chart includes seven players who can play outside linebacker: Nick Barnett, Kirk Morrison, Arthur Moats, Bryan Scott, Chris White, Bradham and Carder.

Clark says he chose the Bills in part because his family will have a chance to watch him, and the Canisteo-Greenwood grad is confident he will impress next week.

The Bills' rookie mini-camp begins next Friday, May 11th.
