Elmira, N.Y. (WETM-TV) - Allahvelle A. Carston is wanted by the Elmira Police Department. Carston who is also known as "Ghost" is wanted on attempted murder and assault charges. The incident happened back in September on the city's eastside.
Carston is 37 years old and has black hair and brown eyes.
Carston stands 5' 10" tall and weighs 235 pounds.
