Sayre, (PA) -
An accident over the weekend claimed the life of an elderly Waverly woman.Police say 76 year old Cynthia Rubin was killed when the car she was riding in ran a stop sign and was stuck.
Police say the driver was 78 year old Myron Rubin.
It happened Sunday afternoon on North Elmer Avenue in Sayre.
The driver of the other car and the Rubins were taken to Robert Packer Hospital.
Cynthia Rubin was pronounced dead when she arrived.
Myron and the other driver were both treated for their injuries.
