ELMIRA, NEW YORK - Week in, and week out, the Soaring Eagle Mens Hockey team gives it their all on the ice. They do it for the wins, for their teammates, and for the legacy of the program. This weekend, theyll give their all, for those who risked it ALL.
Since 2002, the Wounded Warrior Project has had one mission. That's to honor and empower wounded warriors. For the second straight season, Elmira College will raise funds for the WWP.
Last year, the program auctioned off special game worn jerseys, immediately following a match up against Hobart. This season, Elmira College has elavated their dedication to raising funds. The jerseys are different, made of purple camoflauge. They will still be auctioned off, but this time, over the internet.
