ROME TOWNSHIP - A Northern Tier man has been arrested for setting up a video camera in his family's bathroom.

He then recorded women while they undressed.

Shelba Wilbur was shocked to find out her neighbor put a video camera in the bathroom of his Rome Township home and taped two females undressing.

“I feel sorry for Lori because it's an awful lot of burden for her to carry around and to think her soon to be ex husband would do something like that...I just pray the courts will do the  justice they should and not let him around again,” says Wilbur.

Forty year old Leonard Roshak faces five charges including: criminal use of a communications device and unlawfully dealing with a minor.

Pennsylvania State Police say the crimes happened sometime between August of 2006 and February of this year.

They say the videos were discovered by his wife, Lori.

“She's a very nice lady.  She has two wonderful children and she keeps to herself.  It's just a shame.  It's disgusting,” says neighbor Connie Green.

State police report the videos show two females changing their clothes in the bathroom.

They say Roshak had wired the videos from the bathroom, through the wall to his laptop in the basement.

“The next step is the defense will have a preliminary arraignment where he'll need to appear in court and there will be a preliminary hearing where the commonwealth will have to bring forth certain testimony,” says Bradford County District Attorney Dan Barrett.

A preliminary hearing has not yet been scheduled.  Barrett says, if convicted, Roshak could face up to seven years in prison.
