The Chemung County Sheriff's office is looking for 21 year old Neceya D. Armstrong.
Armstrong is wanted for violating probation on a burglary charge.
His last known address was 65 Jackson Creek Road in Horseheads.
If you know where he is, you're asked not to approach the suspect.
