BATH - Thursday you can learn how to protect yourself from the H1N1 virus and seasonal flu.

The greater Steuben Chapter of the American Red Cross will host a "Pandemic Flu Informational Session" Thursday night at seven.

It’s taking place at the First Presbyterian Church on Pulteney Square in Bath.

You can find out what to do if you or a family member becomes sick, along with how to prevent getting sick and what to if you are quarantined in your home.

The session is free and open to the public.
