Rich Caniglia is in Rochester, NY at WHEC-TV. He has been there since leaving WETM-TV in 1999.
Rich started on the weekends in Rochester doing weather and reporting during the week. He has been on the morning show for the last 10 years. Rich says, "It is always amazing to work with so many anchors and reporters who have spent time at WETM-TV. Some stay and some move on, but there are always a few Elmira veterans on the air here in Rochester."
