Barto- Pennsylvania State Police say a Barto man is in jail for sex crimes against a 12 year old boy.
62 year old Richard Rinehart Sr. is charged with sexually assaulting the 12 year old boy on 4 different occasions over the past year.
Rinehart was arrested and arraigned before a magistrate district judge.
He was sent to Potter County Jail.
