Motorists in Tioga County Pennsylvania are being advised of a lane closure Tuesday afternoon along Route 15 southbound, about a mile north of Mansfield.
PENNDOT officials said a tractor trailer crashed before eight Tuesday morning and fell over the embankment.
The driver of the truck escaped with bumps and bruises. He was too shaken up to speak to WETM 18 NEWS.
The right lane is currently closed to traffic, and is expected to remain closed for at least several hours.
PENNDOT officials say Motorists should be alert for the potential of slow-moving or stopped traffic ahead in the vicinity of the crash scene.
Police said the cause of the accident is under investigation.
