Buffalo, N.Y./Washington D.C. - Four years have passed since Continental/Colgan Air Flight 3407 crashed outside of Buffalo killing all 49 people on board and one on the ground.

Some of those victims' families are in Washington to lobby for new safety rules.

President Obama has signed new safety legislation to better train and educate pilots -- but it remains months behind schedule.
