Rochester, N.Y. - Some Time Warner Cable customers will be getting a refund.
The company reached a settlement with the New York State Attorney General's Office after being accused of overcharging customers in 10 upstate communities.
In the Rochester area, that list includes customers in Oakfield, Batavia, Stafford, Livonia, Lima, and Geneva.
Time Warner will pay more than $2 million to 18,000 cable subscribers.
