Tseng, Hjorth climb in world rankings

Yani Tseng and Maria Hjorth parlayed their share of second place at the Hana Bank-KOLON Championship into better standings in this week's world rankings.

Tseng moved up two spots to No. 4 while Hjorth jumped eight spots to No. 28.

The top three remained the same with Lorena Ochoa followed by Jiyai Shin and Suzann Pettersen. After Tseng, Cristie Kerr and Paula Creamer both slipped a notch to fifth and sixth respectively.

Angela Stanford held steady in seventh and was again trailed by Ai Miyazato, Karrie Webb, In Kyung Kim, Hana Bank winner Na Yeon Choi, Song-Hee Kim and Anna Nordqvist.

Catriona Matthew and Michelle Wie exchanged places with Matthew up to 14th. The remainder of the top 20 was unchanged with No. 16 Eun-Hee Ji followed by Shinobu Moromizato, Sakura Yokomine, Sophie Gustafson and Helen Alfredsson.
