Recap: Tampa Bay vs. Pittsburgh
Port Charlotte, FL (Sports Network) - Luke Scott hit a two-run home run and drove in three as the Tampa Bay Rays took a 6-4 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates in Grapefruit League play.
Elliot Johnson went 2-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored while Ben Zobrist also drove in a run for the Rays. David Price went seven innings in the start and gave up two runs on six hits with two walks and five strikeouts.
Andrew McCutchen hit a solo home run while Dan Grovatt, Neil Walker and Matt Hague also drove in a run apiece in the loss for the Pirates. Charlie Morton was tagged for all six runs on eight hits over five innings in the start.
