New York, NY (Sports Network) - The NFL announced some changes for the Week 16 schedule on Monday, with the San Francisco 49ers-Seattle Seahawks matchup being moved into NBC's Sunday Night Football slot.

The New York Jets and San Diego Chargers were originally scheduled to play that Sunday night, but that game has been flexed out and will now be televised on CBS at 1:00 pm (et).

As a result of the San Francisco-Seattle switch, the contest between the New York Giants and Baltimore Ravens will be pushed to 4:25 pm (et) and will appear on FOX.
