Blues' Langenbrunner has hip surgery

St. Louis, MO (Sports Network) - The St. Louis Blues announced Friday that forward Jamie Langenbrunner underwent successful season-ending surgery on his left hip.

The 37-year-old had registered one assist in four games this season.

Over 1,109 career games with the Stars, Devils and Blues, Langenbrunner has amassed 243 goals and 420 assists.

The two-time Stanley Cup champion (Dallas 1999, New Jersey 2003) has also collected 34 goals and 53 assists in 146 postseason games.
