Ian Poulter and Ross Fisher both moved into the top 20 in the world rankings after posting big wins over the weekend.

Poulter was a wire-to-wire champion at the Singapore Open, collecting his first title in three years, and moved up six places to a career-best 15th in the rankings.

Fisher also secured a career-high ranking after beating Anthony Kim in the final of the World Match Play Championship, jumping nine spots to No. 17.

Tiger Woods remained No. 1 and was followed again by Phil Mickelson, Steve Stricker, Paul Casey, Lee Westwood, Padraig Harrington, Henrik Stenson and Kenny Perry as the top eight places went unchanged.

Sergio Garcia moved up a spot to ninth, bumping Jim Furyk to 10th, and Martin Kaymer remained 11th. Stewart Cink and Sean O'Hair inched up one notch apiece to 12th and 13th, kicking Geoff Ogilvy down two pegs to 14th.

Poulter's move to 15th knocked Lucas Glover to 16th, while Fisher's jump to 17th helped drop Rory McIlroy, Camilo Villegas, Vijay Singh and Retief Goosen from their positions last week.

McIlroy fell two spots to 18th, Villegas was down one to 19th, Singh dropped three to 20th and Goosen slipped two to 21st.

Zach Johnson also fell out of the top 20, tumbling three places to 23rd.
