The Red Riders signed four players to contracts Tuesday.
ELMIRA - The New York Red Riders have signed four players for the team's first season in the American Basketball Association.  All four have prior pro experience.

Anthony Biting, Chris Lamica, Willie Richard, and V'Angelo Smith all signed contracts earlier today.

Bitting (6'10") is the only post player among the four.  He also brings significant pro experience to the roster, after spending time in leagues in Kuwait, Kosovo, Albania, Bahrain, and Jordan.

Lamica played with the AND1 Mixtape Tour team in 2003, while both Richard and Smith have played pro ball in the U.S.

The Red Riders will play home games at the Chemung County YMCA on Elmira's South side, with opening night set for Saturday, November 28th at 7pm.
